This policy explains what personal data Mockers Pobedynskyi collects through briance.org, why, how long it is kept and how to exercise your rights, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978.
Data controller
The data controller is Mockers Pobedynskyi (SAS, SIREN 109 746 321), registered office: 10 rue de la Paix, 75002 Paris, France.

Data we collect
- Through the contact form: name, email address, company (optional), message, selected services and site language.
- When you email or call us: whatever information you choose to share.
- Technical data: our hosts record the IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested and the browser used in their server logs.
We collect no sensitive data and carry out no profiling or automated decision-making.
Purposes and legal bases
- Answering your request and preparing a commercial proposal - steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR art. 6.1.b).
- Following up on our exchanges with companies that contacted us - legitimate interest (GDPR art. 6.1.f).
- Keeping the site and the form secure and working (technical logs, per-IP limit on the number of requests to prevent abuse) — legitimate interest (GDPR art. 6.1.f).
Retention periods
- Contact requests and exchanges: 3 years from our last exchange, then deleted.
- If a contract is signed: for the duration of the relationship, then archived for the statutory periods (notably 10 years for accounting records).
- Technical logs: limited periods set by our hosts Vercel Inc. and OVH SAS. IP addresses used to limit the number of requests are kept only for the duration of the limit window (10 minutes).
Recipients
Your data is accessed only by the people at Mockers Pobedynskyi who handle your request. It is never sold or transferred. Our technical processors may process it strictly within their remit:
- Vercel Inc. — website hosting (front-end);
- OVH SAS — hosting of the back-end server that receives contact form requests and of our mail server, in France.
Transfers outside the European Union
Requests sent through the contact form are processed and stored by OVH SAS in France, within the European Union. Vercel Inc., which serves the site's pages, is based in the United States: any connection data transferred to it is protected by the safeguards set out in GDPR articles 45 and 46 (EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses).
