The platform calculates how well a candidate fits a job before anyone sends a message.
Approach
A score from four criteria
Skills, psychology, location and work conditions. Questionnaires on each job and profile feed into one compatibility score.

Result
Anonymous calls
Candidates and employers talk through VoIP calls in the browser. Contact details are shared only when both agree. Employers get a console with plans, jobs and call history.

Each job and each profile has its own questionnaire, and the score is calculated from the answers.
WebRTC calls
Calls run in the browser, without phone numbers.
Separate modules
Matching, calls and billing are separate parts of the backend, so each one can be changed on its own.
